Saturday June 14th found about 2 dozen people gathered in Charleston Cemetery, gathered around a new flag pole, donated by a kind, anonymous person. The flag was donated by American Legion Post 30, in memory of Charles “Chuck” Shuster, who was once a police officer, and someone who also cared for the Cemetery. Diane Wargo-Medina, the Cemetery’s caretaker, was Master of Ceremonies.
Not pictured above, but also attending were Loraine Ritchey, Carolyn Sipkovsky, Paula Tobias, Renee Dore, Melisa Krasienko, Lorain Growth’s Mike Challender, members of Council Myroslaw Silecky, Dennis Flores, Anne Molnar, and other members of the public.
