Settlers’ Watch is a beautiful greenspace, and we have Loraine and the City of Lorain to thank. That being said, it’s just not the same in the winter. Snow is a poor substitute for the colors of spring and the green of summer. The carvings of Bud Emerson seem a bit forlorn without the artwork of Mother Nature surrounding them.
